Criteria: Graduating senior(s) who plans to attend SCAD in the Fall of 2017 with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
Deadline: May 10th
Award Amount: Two $500 dollar or 1 $1000 dollar scholarship

Criteria: Students who plan to enroll in Allen University in the Fall and major in English. Minimum 3.0 GPA and SAT/ACT scores submission. Essays may be written on any topic.
Award Amount: 3 scholarships ranging from $500 to $2000 dollars

Community or Civic Organization Scholarships
Criteria: African American Charleston County graduating senior who plans to attend a 2 year or 4 year college.

Tywanza Sanders was a victim of the Emanuel AME Church shooting. This scholarship honors his legacy and commitment to educations.
Criteria: Graduating senior who plan to attend a 4 year college, who demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
